Generations Together has found its first home! In South Santa Cruz County, nestled in a little valley between the mountains and the ocean, lie the 7 acres which will become the first Generations Together community.

Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition purchased the property to develop a beautiful, affordable housing community. The Generations Together program will use 32 of the 82 units planned for the site.

  • 12 units for foster and adoptive families
  • 20 units for seniors
  • A community center with a computer lab, full kitchen, offices for staff, and large multi-purpose room for social events
  • Beautiful walkways and parks
  • A community garden

We are partnering with the Human Resources Agency of Santa Cruz County (part of the state’s Department of Social Services) to refer the children and families who will live in our community. They will also design and deliver supportive services and provide onsite case management.
